The Plug Tubing 1/8" Outer Diameter (OD) MPOS BCG is present inside the tubes to provide a secure fit and it serves as an end connector. It terminates the tube connection properly. It has a design of a full bore pattern. The plug provides push-to-connect feature and automatically seals in both dynamic and static situations. The plugs are fitted based on the tube size. It is mainly used to prevent moisture from entering the tubes and to protect the product from damage. It is also used to resist mechanical pull-out. For installation, it does not require any tools or sealants and can be disassembled easily. To achieve leak-free connection with tubes, a stainless steel gripping ring is used, and it can be disconnected easily with plastic release button. It possesses a vacuum capability is 28" Hg and a working temperature range of -4° F to 175° F. The plug is made of a plastic material which possess good resistance to corrosion and has chemical and thermal conductivity properties.
