Product Overview
The MOS NV-RAM 02KX8 TS 24 DIP MK48Z02 is a ZEROPOWER® RAM that is a 2 K x 8 non-volatile static RAM which is pin and function compatible with the DS1220. It has 24 special pins with a long-life lithium button cell to form a highly integrated battery-backed memory solution. The M48Z02/12 is a non-volatile pin and function equivalent to any JEDEC standard 2 K x 8 SRAM. It also easily fits into most ROM, EPROM, and EEPROM sockets, providing the non-volatility of PROMs without any requirement for special WRITE timing or limitations on the number of WRITEs that can be performed. This unit also has its own power-fail detection circuit. The control circuitry constantly monitors the single 5 Volt supply for an out of tolerance condition. This part is packaged with safe packing and is highly protected. It is widely used in UL LOGIQ e, UL LOGIQ 200, XM Senovision, XR Monitrol 90 Rad Table MPX/SPX GEN, NM Entegra Workstation, XM Senographe DS, XV Advantx LC, XR ACS1000 AUTO CHEST, Unassigned MV, XR Silhouette HF, XV Innova 2000, XF Monitrol 15 MVP and other machines.
