The Bottom 'U' Bracket Plate - Machined is a part of the main fan assembly used in the phototherapy system of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). It is used to cover the bottom portion of the panel. A line filter, hour meter assembly and the main fan assembly are fixed to this “U” bracket. It is made up of material, which can withstand heavy loads and high stress and can be used mainly for industrial applications. It is coated with chemical conversion coating to enhance its properties and various safety features. It can be used for wide range of temperature from 500° F to 950° F. This item is created using a machining process. It is molded carefully to ensure that there will not be any burrs and sharp edges on its body. It is highly reliable, durable and efficient.
