Product Overview
The E-Modules Latch is one of the major components in the E-BIS module assembly. It is assembled along with the front chassis unit of the E-BIS module assembly. The latch is made up of PA6/66+GF40, Grivory gv-4h material, which is a high quality plastic material. Grivory GV-4H is a 40% glass-fiber reinforced thermoplastic material. This material offers a high stiffness characteristic to the latch, which gives the product a high resistance to deformation in response to an applied force. The unique composition of the material offers a good surface finish to the product. The part number is clearly printed in the inner side of the latch for easy identification. The Injection molding manufacturing process helps to achieve good product consistency. This latch is free of dust, grinding, lubricants or other impurities. The E-BIS module is used to monitor the state of the brain in the OR, ICU and procedural sedation location. In addition to the BIS, the monitors display one channel of raw EEG, suppression ratio and signal quality index (SQI) and EMG.
